You can see more localised averages by looking at the property price trends section which can be found here:
http://www.upmystreet.com/property-prices/trends/l/london.html
Postcodes as well as location names can be used to find average trends.

It would be helpful if one could drill down through region, post code, street, to have the average prices, and percent change, at a more localised level
