Yes, please put numbers of bedrooms - what use are flat prices without that?

You can see more localised averages by looking at the property price trends section which can be found here:

http://www.upmystreet.com/property-prices/trends/l/london.html

Postcodes as well as location names can be used to find average trends.

Clinking on the two links "recent property sales" and "local property trends" in CR0 4JS takes me to information for somewhere in Liverpool.

Can someone fix this?
