All appeared to go well until after the job was completed. The guys were polite and the work was done promptly. After the work was done we noticed the boiler was getting louder and louder and the pressure in the shower was very low. Despite what seemed a rather begrudged visit from Mr Gilhooley or My Rouse we could not discover what the problem was. A week or so later a pipe burst and flooded the kitchen. Gilhooley and Rouse sent a guy around that morning who found the installation had been done incorrectly and fixed it. The guy was also able to tell us that the boiler noise and shower pressure were due to the mains pressure being too high and that we needed a pressure regulator. Gilhooley and Rouse then came and fitted one but , insisting that it did not comprise part of the central heating system, charged us both time and labour for the work.
In all our dealings with Mr Gilhooley or Mr Rouse since we accepted the quote they have been pretty rude and arrogant and not once have they apologised for any of the problems we have had.
Ten or so months later autumn has arrived. Yesterday we tried to turn the heating system on to fine it will not come on. The boiler makers have checked the boiler and found no fault. We will not go back to Gilhooley and Rouse again to fix this latest problem despite the fact that they should do the work under warranty. I would rather pay someone else to do it than deal with them again.

the food in this pub is beautiful and home cooked. The service is spot on and there is a lovely friendly atmosphere.

Called these kennels to day to ask about the availability and the facilities. The lady was extremely rude and very unhelpful. When I expressed my concern about leaving my dog in kennels for the first time, rather than explaining how well cared for the dogs are, she simply said 'well, what can I say?' Would never leave my dog anywhere with such rude and uncaring owners!
