Is it easy to change gas supplier?

If you can find a gas supplier that beats the price and service of the gas company youre with at the moment, then you can switch to them free of charge. You dont have to worry about contacting your old and new gas suppliers as all the legwork will be done for you.

Make sure you take a meter reading after you switch, so your current supplier can arrange a final bill to be sent. Then your new supplier will carry out all the changes to get you started. Once youve switched, the only change youll notice is the different supplier name at the top of the bill - youll still get your gas supply through the same pipes and there will be no disruption. The whole process should take around four weeks to complete.
